Hi everyone! I’m Cookie. As you can tell by my chopstick skills, I’ve got a pretty good head on my shoulders. So with that in mind, today I am going to teach you body expressions with 頭 = あたま = atama = head.
Just like in every language, there are so many body-related idioms and expressions in Japanese.
I once made a list of them, but someone asked me to give you some more example sentences. So today, let’s start with expressions using 頭(あたま = atama = head). I’ll cover other body parts in future lessons too, so watch out for those!
